A little while back I snuck in a redesign of Boffin. Here’s some of the sketches I did getting ready for that.

It’s a one and done deal, so after today, it’s no longer available. Because of that, I need as many people to know about it as possible. To that end, I’m having a Twitter contest! Would that be a twontest, or a contwest? Hmmm… Anyway, here’s how to play:

@dangermaus (of Unbearable Bears fame) turned me on to #tuesdaysketch with his fun drawing.

This week's topic was "Evil Snowman." My entry is a snowman dressed up as a plague doctor -- they looked very, very evil, you ask me.

I recorded a quick sketchcast of me drawing it. Unfortunately it has a really annoying watermark over the top of it, but you can get the gist of it. (If anyone wants to donate $30 for me to upgrade to the full version, I'd be happy to make more sketchcasts. :-)

If you follow my personal twitter feed, you probably saw that sketch yesterday. Just so that you don't feel cheated, here's another sketch. It's a height chart I used to use for reference when drawing the characters together.
